A24 ha pubblicato il trailer del debutto alla regia di Sam e Max Eggers “The Front Room”, basato sul racconto omonimo di Susan Hill. Il film racconta la storia di una giovane coppia in attesa di un bambino che è costretta ad accogliere una matrigna malata e separata. I membri del cast includono Brandy Norwood, Kathryn Hunter, Neal Huff e Andrew Burnap.
Sam e Max Eggers hanno già lavorato con il fratello maggiore Robert Eggers in numerosi suoi film. Max è stato co-sceneggiatore insieme a Robert di “The Lighthouse”, mentre Sam è stato assistente di produzione di “The Witch”. La coppia è stata anche assistente alla produzione del cortometraggio di Robert Eggers “The Tell-Tale Heart”.
