La via che conduce dal grande al piccolo schermo si fa sempre più affollata e non si contano più i film diventati serie tv, o con semplici adattamenti o con spin off di varia natura. E proprio questa settimana sono partiti ben tre titoli impegnati a “trasformare” opere cinematografiche: il primo è Alex Cross, del quale vi abbiamo già parlato, ma ci sono anche Dune: Prophecy di Sky e Cruel Intentions di Prime Video.Dune: Prophecy è la serie Sky prequel di DuneDune: Prophecy, il cui primo di sei episodi è andato in onda lunedì scorso su Sky Atlantic, è un prodotto HBO Original e Sky Exclusive ispirato al romanzo Sisterhood of Dune di Brian Herbert e Kevin J. Anderson, che funge da prequel del film Dune del 2021.Ambientata 10.000 anni prima dell’ascesa di Paul Atreides lì narrata, la serie segue due sorelle Harkonnen mentre combattono le forze che minacciano il futuro dell’umanità e fondano la mitica setta che diventerà nota come Bene Gesserit.
